PARTY TIMES:
Parties are only scheduled during the following times:
Saturdays and Sundays
1-3 p.m. 2-4 p.m. 3-5 p.m. 4-6 p.m.

CATERING:
You are welcome to bring your own CAKE, but all other food items need to be catered through the Club. Click here to download the full party menu.

TIMELINE:
• 30 minutes prior to your start time you may arrive to decorate for your party.
• Guests arrive at the scheduled start time and are directed to your party by the Athletic Desk. You will meet in the room for 15 minutes.
• 45 minutes of activity and the last hour is spent in the room for food, cake and presents!
• Extra time? Children my go to the gym or youth activity lounge for open play if supervised by party parents.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation must be made two weeks prior to the party of the full price will be charged to your account. The cancellation charge can be used as a credit toward a Bellevue Club Recreation class or camp within one year.

GUEST POLICIES:
Member Sponsor: A guest may book a party when sponsored by a member. The sponsoring member is required to be in the Club during the party.
Billing: Guests pay 20% more than members for the base price of the party. All guest fees are billed to the sponsoring member’s account. No other forms of payment will be accepted.
Reservations: Guests are only allowed to register for or reserve one camp/activity/session at the Bellevue Club per year. The sponsoring member must call 425-637-4640 on the guest's behalf to make the initial party reservation before details can be coordinated with the guest.
