Cancellations A minimum of seven days advance notice is required for all athletic & social program cancellations, including summer camps. Any member who withdraws from an athletic program less than seven days prior to the start of the program will be charged the full fee. Fees subject to change in 2009.
Kids' Camp Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge. No-shows will be charged the full amount. | |
Guests You may only sign up a child listed on your member account or sponsor a nonmember guest for an additional fee. Members have first priority over guests. Guests cannot be signed up online. Please call the Athletic Desk to sign up a guest. |
