Lifeguard Training Class
June 2-7
Monday-Thursday, 3:30-9 p.m.
Saturday, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

Lifeguard Training classes will be again offered at the Club. All class participants must be at least 15 years of age by the last day of the class and be able to pass a skills test. Upon successful completion, all participants will receive certifications in Lifeguard Training, First Aid, CPR for the Professional Rescuer and Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Birthday Swim Parties
All parties are supervised by Bellevue Club Staff and include pool time with our large, inflatable obstacle course. For more information about pool parties, click here, or call the Recreation office at 425-688-3102.

Adult

Masters Swimming (age 18 and older).
Monday-Friday, noon-1 p.m.; Monday & Wednesday, 5:05-6:30 a.m.; Tuesday & Thursday, 9-10 a.m.; Tuesday, Thursday & Friday,
5:45-7 a.m.; Saturday, 7-8:30 a.m.
Masters Swimming/Adult Fitness is an adult swim-training program for individuals over 18 years of age. To join, all you need is a desire to improve your fitness and skill levels, while having a great time in the water. Modest ability to swim free-style and one other stroke is helpful. Deep Water Challenge.
Mondays, Wednesday & Fridays, 8-8:45 a.m.
A unique, cardio intense deep-water exercise class that builds strength, endurance, increases muscle tone and burns calories.

Aqua Fit.
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 9-10 a.m.
This low impact shallow-water exercise class focuses on building muscle strength and burning calories.
