Child Care Reservations

To ensure proper staffing of Child Care, reservations are required.

You can make reservations up to a week in advance. In the event that we are full, call the morning of your desired day for cancellations/last minute openings.

Names and ages of children determine the Child Care Center staffing needs. Drop-ins and last minute reservations will be turned down if we do not have enough staff scheduled to provide adequate care for additional children.

Please be ON TIME! If you arrive late for your reservation, you will still need to return at your scheduled ending time.

CANCELLATIONS

Please cancel appointments BEFORE your scheduled time. Any cancellations made AFTER your scheduled time will result in a no-show charge. If child care is not open, please leave a voicemail message.

CHECK-IN

Upon arrival, please sign your child in and indicate the approximate length of stay. For maximum safety, children must be picked up by the same person who checked them in unless other arrangements have been made. Parents must remain in the club.

If an emergency should occur or we are unable to comfort your child, we will need to locate you. Childcare is intended and equipped for short-term care only, with maximum length of stay limited to 2 hours.

Child care staff will be happy to answer any specific questions you may have regarding scheduling your child.

STAFF

Each child care staff member has been chosen very carefully. All have experience or education working with young children. All child care personnel are certified in infant/child CPR.
