Group Fitness
This month's Group Exercise (GPX) & Yoga Schedule
Group Fitness Age Policy: 12+

NEW! GPX Program
Our brand-new GPX program allows members to pay one monthly fee—$35 for singles, $45 for families—and take almost any fitness class they want, as often as they want.

Selected group exercise classes, indoor cycling, yoga, Pilates mat and water aerobics classes are all included in the unlimited GPX program. Members will still have the option to pay the drop-in fee per class, which ranges from $6-15 depending on the class, but GPX makes sense for anybody who takes at least one or two classes per week. There are more than 50 classes per week to choose from. Click here to download the current GPX schedule >

To sign up, simply fill out a GPX form and drop it off at the Membership Services Office. Visit https://members.bellevueclub.com to print and fill out the GPX agreement form. Please call 425.688.3177 or e-mail athleticservices@bellevueclub.com for more information. Click here to download the GPX brochure >

Class Level Guide
Level 1: Classes are appropriate for individuals beginning a fitness program.
Level 2: Classes are appropriate for most fitness ability levels and can be modified.
Level 3: Classes are appropriate for experienced individuals with a pre-existing fitness base, due to a degree of difficulty, advanced choreography or level of cardio endurance required during class.

Our Group Exercise classes include: indoor cycling, cardio, strength and specialty. All classes are now broken down by level, so participants know which classes are for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. The level of class is based off the intensity, class format, duration and instructor.
