We welcome members and guests of all ages, abilities and levels to experience our wide variety of services. Our customer service team includes experts able to help you find the best program or class for your needs. If you are interested in participating in classes or working with a trainer, we recommend that you call in advance to schedule your services. We will be able to work with you by arranging a schedule and building an itinerary of services to keep you feeling and looking your best while at the Club.

We will always close 30-minutes prior to the club closing

Studio Etiquette

CANCELLATION POLICIES
The Bellevue Club has a 24-hour cancellation policy on ALL services.

Private Personal Training
If a personal training session is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment or if the client does not show, full charges will be applied to his or her member account.

Semi-Private Personal Training
If one client cancels prior to the 24-hour notice, the other client has the option of canceling or paying a private personal training session rate. If one client cancels with 24 hours of the session, the other client will only be responsible for the semi-private personal training rate.

Monthly Classes and Programs
All monthly fitness class cancellations must be made within five calendar days following the program start date, and class participants will be responsible for the drop-in rate of the classes they attended during that time. Cancellations made after five days will result in a full charge of the program fee, which will be billed to the membership account on the last day of the month.
