Spa Reservations

Appointments
Spa availability is now accessible online. We suggest making Spa reservations in advance by calling 425.688.3114 to ensure availability. Please check in at the Spa Desk at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. Massage and body treatments are designed for members and guests 18 years of age and older. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive a facial and/or nail treatment.

Cancellations
Because we reserve the time especially for you, we ask for at least a 24-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client, and in turn, maintain a higher availability of our services for you as well as for others. All cancellations without a 24-hour notice and all no-shows will be charged at full value.

9 a.m.-8:30 p.m., Monday-Thursday
9 a.m.-7:30 p.m., Friday-Sunday
