THE VENUE
Our Ballroom is the perfect venue to host your wedding and reception and can comfortably accommodate groups from 50-220 guests. Whether you prefer a sit-down dinner, an elaborate buffet, food stations or an hors d’oeuvres reception, our Ballroom is a versatile and elegant space to host your special day.
FEE STRUCTURE
A Food and Beverage Minimum will be determined for your event, based on the date, event times and amount of space required. We do not charge room rental fees for our Ballroom. All Food and Beverage charges are subject to a 20% Service Charge and Washington State Stadium Sales Tax, currently at 9.4%. An 8.9% Sales Tax applies to any non-food and beverage items.

MENU SELECTION
Following you will find our menus for your review. Should you wish to customize a menu
for your event, we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Please contact your Wedding Consultant to discuss your specific needs.
All menus are required to be submitted one month before your event date.
Please keep in mind when selecting a menu for a plated dinner, you may choose one starter and your choice of up to 3 entrées (including a vegetarian option). When selecting more than one entrée, the higher price of the two entrées will be charged. The exact number of each entrée will be due three (3) business days prior to your event. In addition, it is the Client’s responsibility to provide place cards indicating which entrée has been chosen by each guest.
Food may not be brought onto or taken off of the property preceding or following an event (with the exception of wedding cake), due to health code standards and regulations.
BEVERAGE SERVICE
The Bellevue Club is authorized to sell liquor, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
We do not allow wines to be brought into the facility with a corking fee. Alcoholic beverage service is permitted for 4 hours of continuous service.

GUARANTEES
The final attendance for all functions must be received by 12noon three (3) business days
prior to your function. Once received, that number will be considered a final guarantee and is not
subject to reduction. If no written or verbal guarantee is received, the most recent estimate received
will constitute as the guarantee.
FOOD TASTINGS
We are happy to host a food tasting for up to 4 total guests. Tastings must be scheduled
with two (2) weeks advance notice, and are subject to kitchen availability.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required upon signing a contract to reserve a date.
Should you need to cancel your event the following guidelines apply:
180 Days – 25% of estimated Food, Beverage and room rental revenue due
120-180 Days – 50% of estimated Food, Beverage and room rental revenue due
90-120 Days – 75% of estimated Food, Beverage and room rental revenue due
Less than 90 Days – 100% of estimated Food, Beverage and room rental revenue due
OPTIONAL FEES & SERVICES
The following fees will be charged only if they apply to your event.
Cake Cutting Fee
A per person cake cutting fee will apply for cake cutting and service.
Ceremony Fee
Should you elect to host your wedding ceremony in the Olympic Ballroom preceding your reception, a Ceremony fee will apply.
A one-hour ceremony rehearsal may be scheduled one week before the event date, and is subject to availability.
Coat & Gift Check
A Coat & Gift Check service can be made available for your guests upon arrival in the Bellevue Club Hotel. An attendant fee will be charged per hour with a 4-hour minimum.
Chef-Attendant
Should you select to have a Chef-Attended Carving Station at your buffet, a per hour charge will apply.
Rental Equipment
We can take care of any of your rental needs - anything from specialty linen overlays to ice carvings or espresso service…we are happy to arrange these special services for you.

All packages must include the Client Name and the event date on the outside of the package. Box deliveries will be assessed a handling fee per box, per day. Depending on the size of the delivery, a labor fee may also apply. The Bellevue Club will not assume responsibility for the damage, or loss of any merchandise or articles left or sent to the Club prior to, during or following your function.
DÉCOR
We do not allow any objects to be affixed to our walls or ceilings with tape, nails, etc. All personal items must be removed from the facility at the conclusion of the event, unless other arrangements have been made. Additional charges may apply.
