Initial Assessment
Did you know that each new member is eligible to sign up for an initial fitness assessment? One of the club’s top personal trainers will meet with you to discuss your life-style and fitness goals. This one-hour session is very motivating & assesses your current fitness level.
Weight Room Orientation
This 30-minute consultation gives you a quick overview of the cardio and weight equipment. We will show you the very basics on how to operate the equipment safely and effectively.
