Jason has eight years’ experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, along with one year as a high school strength and conditioning coach. His personal goal for clients is a “train for life” philosophy. He wants clients to be fit enough to do the things they enjoy the most—whether it’s cross-country skiing, hiking, biking, gardening or even walking the dog. As a competitive mountain biker and snowboarder, Jason specializes in sport-specific and functional training, weight loss management, core strength and stability. |
