The Fitness department offers members the opportunity to develop a personalized program by working with one of the Club’s personal trainers. Members meet one-on-one with a trainer to create a comprehensive program that helps them reach their fitness goals. A program could include strength and flexibility training, as well as cardiovascular exercise. From sport-specific training for runners, bicyclists or triathletes to improving your tennis, basketball or golf game, all Club trainers have a wide variety of athletic backgrounds to meet every need. The Club’s fully equipped Pilates studio offers the top-of-the-line Total Workout System, which combines the Classic Reformer and the Cadillac. Certified Pilates instructors offer individual training sessions, duets and semiprivate sessions. Private and group yoga instruction is also available. For the Club’s younger members, certified trainers can help them get on the road to a fit lifestyle or improve their performance in sports.
