Nonrefundable Deposit Twenty percent of the camp fee will be billed to your member account at the time of registration. The remaining 80 percent of the fee will be billed during the week of the camp.
Cancellations All camp cancellations must be made five days before the start date. If a child “no shows,” the remaining cost of the camp (80 percent) will be billed to your member account.
Guests You may only sign up a child listed on your member account or sponsor a nonmember guest for an additional 20 percent of the camp fee. Members have first priority over guests. Guests cannot be signed up online. Please call the Athletic Desk to sign up a guest.
