Indoor and Outdoor courts are available and Session Classes are open for registration.
Court Reservations
Booking and Cancellation Policies
- Courts are booked online via Gametime up to seven days in advance beginning at 7:45 a.m. Reservations by phone are not available at this time.
- Outdoor Courts are reserved for 75-minute intervals with 15 minutes between reservations, allowing for cleaning and eliminating the possibility for congregation.
- Indoor courts are currently unavailable.
- Members only, no guests allowed. All members must be listed on the reservation.
- Limit one reservation per member, per day.
- Cancellations are available online 24 hours in advance of reservation time.
- Reservations may be cancelled less than 24 hours prior without penalty should a participant have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle aches or new loss of smell or taste. Cancellations within 24 hours of a reservation must be cancelled via email to our tennis department.
- The Bellevue Club reserves the right to cancel reservations at any time for any reason, including construction limitations and weather.
Preparing for your Court
- At check in, please be aware of the social distancing markers and remain a minimum of six feet from other members or employees.
- The Bellevue Club Hotel is currently undergoing major renovation causing significant construction noise in close proximity to the courts.
Rules and Regulations
- Reservations are not allowed if a participant has been diagnosed with COVID-19 and is still within the required 14-day quarantine period, has symptoms of COVID-19, or come in contact with a person that has or is suspected to have had, COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
- Face masks are required while in common areas of the club and while participating in any Club activity. Masks are not required for specific spa services.
- All participants must sanitize their hands upon entering.
- Doubles play is allowed on indoor and outdoor courts.
- No spectators are allowed except for parents with young children. Children may not accompany their parents who are playing.
- No food or drinks allowed.
- Players may access the courts at their reservation time. Early access is not permitted.
- Water fountains, towels, scorecards and benches are not available.
- Do not congregate in any area and be mindful of all social distancing requirements.
- The Bellevue Club and USPTA recommend the following safe practices during play:
- Do not touch your opponent’s tennis balls; use your foot or racquet to return ball.
- Come prepared with marked tennis balls—only pick up your own marked tennis balls.
- Players will remain on their own side of net for the entire match.

Waiver & Pre-Screening Questions
All members are required to sign a waiver before allowed entry back into the club. Please submit your waiver below. Hard copies will be available at the door.
