Keeping Our Club Safe

Safety is our top priority as we prepare to reopen in stages based on the recommendations of local government officials. To ensure the health of our members and team, we will implement enhanced cleaning procedures, clear designations for social distancing, and thoughtful class schedules to provide the safest experience possible. The Club has adopted new policies and procedures to keep members and staff safe.
Access to the club is by reservation only. All members are required to sign a waiver before entry.

Safety Measures at the Club

To ensure the well-being of our members, we are strategically applying safety policies and procedures based on the Club’s unique needs.

As we get more information, we will post detailed guidelines regarding specific activities and areas of the Club below. All policies are subject to change.

Entry Guidelines

o No-contact temperature checks at entrance.
o Be prepared to swipe your own card. 
o Entry is limited to members only. No guests.
o Entry doors are fitted with automatic openers and others will remain open.
o Face masks required in social areas.

Enhanced Procedures

o Additional hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the Club.
o All fees are charged to your membership account, no cash is accepted.
o Common and high-touch areas are cleaned frequently with an EPA-approved disinfectant.

Community Safety

o Water fountains are not available – please plan accordingly.
o Water bottle filling stations are available.
o Many seating areas are unavailable.
o Keep a minimum of six feet of social distance between other members and staff.

How do I get updates and notifications sent to my email?

Log in to your Member’s Only account, and update your email preferences through the “My Account” tab. If you still don’t receive emails, reach out to Member Services.

What are Member Dues?

Current Membership Dues:

Am I being charged my monthly GPX fee?

Members may re-enroll in GPX by filling out the GPX enrollment form.

Members who have not re-enrolled will not be charged GPX fees.

How will you communicate future updates?

All future updates will be communicated on this page, via email and through our Member’s Only site.

Are there online fitness resources?

All of the Bellevue Club online fitness resources are free and open to the public.

Will there be more staff cleaning protocols?

Yes. Bellevue Club staff will follow enhanced safety procedures, including frequent cleaning of common and high-touch areas, cleaning workout equipment more frequently and health screenings.

Do I need to wear a face mask?

In accordance with the governor’s orders, face masks are required in all common areas and while not participating in activities that have been identified as exempts.

Members are exempt from wearing a mask while seated at a restaurant or exercising maintaining a minimum 6 feet of social distance. Masks are required while exercising in Studio 1 for compromised members. Please note all activities remain reservation only.
